1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website or engaging our agency for services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Digital Agency Services

Marqnix Digital provides premium digital services, including but not limited to Web Development, UI/UX Design, Social Media Strategy, Video Editing & Motion Graphics, Graphic & Brand Design, Brand Marketing, Research & Analytics, and Targeted Advertising.

Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures for client engagements will be outlined in separate written proposals, statements of work (SOW), or service contracts executed between Marqnix Digital and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, source code, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Marqnix Digital and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

For custom client projects, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment of agreed fees, while Marqnix Digital retains the right to display completed work in agency portfolios and promotional showcases unless covered by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

When using our website or submitting information through our contact form, you agree that you will not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent contact information.
  • Use the website for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass security features, reverse-engineer code, or upload malicious code or viruses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
